To complete this transaction your OHV must have a current, active registration.

Please enter all requested information. You can obtain your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) from one of the following:

• Your Certificate of Title, if available
• Located on the OHV
• Bill of Sale or Off-Highway Vehicle Report of Sale

Important: The DMV cannot send these documents to a different address. If the DMV does not have your correct address on file, please order your duplicate decal by mail and file a Change of Address Application  at the same time.

Please make sure you carry the receipt from this transaction when operating your OHV until you receive your duplicate registration decal in the mail.
