Thank you for using the Nevada DMV Online Request for Duplicate. Your record will be updated instantly upon successful completion. Your new card will be mailed to the mailing address on file within approximately 10 days.

Please read the following information before you request your duplicate:

Card Types - Online duplicate requests will be accepted for Nevada issued non-commercial driver's license, non-commercial instruction permits, and identification cards.

If your non-commercial driver's license, non-commercial instruction permit or identification card is due to expire within the next 60 days, you will be required to visit a DMV office to renew your card.

Applicants holding a commercial driver's license/permit must go to a DMV office to request a duplicate.

Address Change - If you have a change to your mailing address, you cannot apply for a duplicate card online. You must visit your local DMV office to request your duplicate card and update your mailing address.
Name Changes and any other change in your license information must also be completed in person.
