If you recently purchased or renewed the insurance policy, it can take up to a few weeks
for your insurance company to validate your policy. Please check the DMV
website using the registration inquiry at www.dmvnv.com again to verify your insurance record
has been validated with your insurance company.
If the information you entered is correct and the status is “Pending Confirmation”,
please do not re-enter your information. If you have any questions, please contact

NRS 485.185 State of Nevada requires all vehicles currently registered to maintain
continuous Nevada liability insurance during the entire registration period.
